Reviewed Pork and Fennel Ragout
"I used this recipe to use up porcheta style pork, we love fennel so this was an easy choice. I adapted the amount of wine to my taste, and in fact used Sherry which I thought was better. My Daughter (8) and Husband loved this recipe!"
"Absolutely fantastic, and so easy to reproduce with left over brisket and Jus kept specifically to make this sandwich later in the week. ""
"wonderful flavor.... great on chicken legs and thighs too!
"We absolutely love the saffron sauce and have not changed the recipe, we like the vinegar taste, don't find it too overpowering, We have used this sauce with other sea food such as seared scallops, really fantastic.
This recipe as a whole is really fantastic. I love parsnips, and this is a fun way of getting your family to eat them if they don't enjoy them usually.
I'm a Brit who has grown up in the Middles East and Europe, and now lives in the US. We have travelled extensively so i have tried many different food types. I love mediterranean / middle eastern / Indian food, but I am really beginning to enjoy food from south east asia.
i like to make sure that we eat as a family and try to make meals varied and introduce my daughter to many different food styles she might not get otherwise.
