terrific and easy to make. I made only one change and its only because of the taste the tomatoes in my opinion. I use one 28 oz can of San Marzano tomatoes in stead of the two 14 oz cans of diced tomatoes. San Marzano tomatoes are consistently good and in my opinion and I use them whenever a recipe calls for canned tomatoes, diced tomatoes etc....

Fabulous and delicious! After watching the show yesterday I went straight out and bought mushrooms. I had everything else in the house and I made them last night. They were so good they will be on my appetizer menu for the holidays this year

Delicious with a kick, I love shrimp and this recipe hits the mark perfectly. What's not to love when you add bacon to the mix. After watching the show yesterday, I printed all the recipe's from the episode and tried 2 that same night. This is perfect for lunch with a side salad as well as an appetizer. I make my asparagus this way all the time. For a variation sometimes I take the asparagus out of the oven and I squeeze a lemon on it and it is just yummy! I agree to cook less time because I try to always use thin asparagus you don't have to peel them at all so easy! "

I just made this recipe, my hunny loves kale any way he can get it. I made one change, I added a shallot because I thought it would add a slight sweetness to cut the bitter greens and my hunny loved it. Much love to Bobby Flay for his great recipes!"
