"I make my asparagus this way all the time. For a variation sometimes I take the asparagus out of the oven and I squeeze a lemon on it and it is just yummy! I agree to cook less time because I try to always use thin asparagus you don't have to peel them at all so easy! "

Reviewed Sauteed Kale

"I just made this recipe, my hunny loves kale any way he can get it. I made one change, I added a shallot because I thought it would add a slight sweetness to cut the bitter greens and my hunny loved it. Much love to Bobby Flay for his great recipes!"
