Watched Ina make this last week on a rerun and immediately decided to make it instead of gravlax. It was absolutely delicious and when it says serves 6, I think that would only be as a main course - I used it as an hors d'oeuvre/appetizer and it made a very large amount. This is a make again and again - but only use salmon that came in on the day...

Reviewed Super Bowl

Made this for the Super Bowl party last year and it was a hit. Last night grandchildren requested it again and reminded me to fill it with egg salad "just like last year" . I used the egg salad dip recipe in the little dip booklet that was in your magazine! Will do so again.
