Delicious! Used large Portobellos and white cut into bite sized pieces, reduced Olive Oil to a 1/4 cup; however, followed recipe to the T! Could not stop snacking, very little left for Will make again, thanks Ina.

Substituted Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning for Emeril's, didn't feel like making. The Shrimp Po Boys were delicious. Even used for Fried Lobster Po Boy.

Absolutely delicious. Followed recipe exactly as written; however, used an emulsion blender to thicken, leaving some mushrooms intact for texture. Everyone raved and searched for seconds.
