Reviewed Homemade Soft Pretzels

All of the previous reviews are spot on. Absolutely incredible. A bit of a process the first time you make them but not hard and well worth it. My only advice would be once you form the pretzel, make sure you really secure the ends of the dough. I just lightly pinched the ends and a few fell apart when i put them in the simmering water.
