Reviewed Red Velvet-Cherry Cake Roll
"The flavor and color made this a wonderful Valentine's Day dessert. However, the cake itself was much too thick to roll up without breaking, both when it was warm and later when I tried to fill it with the cream cheese mixture, resulting in the ugliest dessert I've ever made! I'll try it again but I'll bake it in a jellyroll pan, one that's 15"X8""
