I love this recipe.. have made it several times now. To ease and reduce crumbling, I cut the dough in half and then form each have into a log.. not a circular log.. but a long, square log. I do this so I don't have to roll it.. I just turn to all four sides and help to smooth it out that way. I wrap it in the plastic wrap and chill both logs. Afte"
