Came out little dry.. and Potatoes Uncooked.. Honestly I made before my way and believe it should be covered for 45 minutes than uncovered to brown top after.. After all what is the reason to keep uncovered ? ""

I love the ingredients But Im confused about the chili Paste ???? I mad my own was great, But no one seems confused by this . You cant use a whole 8oz chi garlic asian thats very spicy. I wish in reviews people mention what kind of chili sauce ?
I saw heinz review didnt work well..
so someone please advise ?"
