"This soup is great! Had it tonight for dinner & it was so good. One of my kids requested vegetable soup for dinner & I decided on this recipe as an alternative. So glad I did. Reviewed Sauteed Shrimp Cocktail
"This was very easy to make and the sauce was refreshing. I used nonfat yogurt and low fat mayo and it still had tons of flavor. I’ve never used herbes de Provence on sautéed shrimp before but that was a very nice discovery. It was excellent and liked by the whole family from ages 4 – 42.
Reviewed Avgolemono: Chicken Soup with Egg-Lemon Sauce
"I wanted to make a chicken soup but was looking for something a little different from the usual. Although I never would have thought about adding lemon and it seemed a bit odd to me, I tried this version with a few changes for dietary reasons (I added celery and extra leeks but omitted the onions & carrots). Everyone gave it two thumbs up and said they want me to make it again.
Reviewed Lemon Pasta with Roasted Shrimp
"I was worried this dish would be boring, but its simplicity was refreshing. I did cut the lemon & lemon zest it called for in 1/2 because I read other reviews. I made it w/ whole wheat angel hair & I thought it was perfect. I will definitely make this dish again in the future. One of my kids was a bit confused & struggled with the fact there was no tomato sauce, but in spite of this mental block, he still cleaned his plate & went back for more. The whole batch was eaten & we didn’t have any leftovers. :-)
