"In the last week i have made 3dz of these for family, neighbors & friends. They are DELICIOUS!!!! The only changes i made to the recipe was to add 2Tbsp of honey & 1/4 cup brown sugar to the sweet potato puree because jus comin out of the can they were too bitter. Definitely not oversweet & a huge hit!! My wife now wants me to make some for her to"

Reviewed Shrimp Stuffed Potatoes

"I made these last nite for the first time and the family LOVED them. I sauteed the shrimp in EVOO, dill, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. I then added this to the potato mixture for added flavor and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Will definately be making these on a regular basis!!""

About Me

I've been cooking since my mother stood me up in a chair next to the stove and had me help her scramble eggs for breakfast at 6years old . I'm the oldest of 5 kids from a single-parent home. So i was taught early about responsibility & with my mom sometimes working 2 jobs i had to cook & feed my brothers & sister. Cooking is definately apart of who i am. It is the one thing that i would do free of charge and have a smile on mt face doing it. I received my Culinary degree in 2002. I would love to start my own catering business but ALOT has to take place for that to happen, however it will ALWAYS remain my dream.

Favorite Foods

Seafood is by far my favorite food to cook and to eat. Pork chops would be a close second tho. I don't like anything bland so i try to cook and eat food with lots of bold, spicy flavors. Huge fan of Joe's Crab Shack. During the spring & summer my family loves for me to cookout on the gas grill. In the fall & winter i'm famous for making my Gumbos & bisques. No matter what the time i just love to see the smiles on the faces of my family & friends when we get together and they're all feasting on something i've prepared...THAT'S THE BEST REWARD OF ALL!!
