AMAZING....I substituted dunguness crab in place of the blue crab. I also used Seafood stock since i didn't have any fish stock on hand. Excellent!!

In the last week i have made 3dz of these for family, neighbors & friends. They are DELICIOUS!!!! The only changes i made to the recipe was to add 2Tbsp of honey & 1/4 cup brown sugar to the sweet potato puree because jus comin out of the can they were too bitter. I made these last nite for the first time and the family LOVED them. I sauteed the shrimp in EVOO, dill, salt, pepper, and Old Bay. I then added this to the potato mixture for added flavor and it was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Will definately be making these on a regular basis!!""
