“I prepared these stuffed mushrooms for Christmas dinner this year because the combination of the cheeses and spinach in the mushrooms sounded great. I used a combination of regular white mushroom caps and the caps from some baby portabellos. Both were good, but the portabello mushrooms were particularly delicious.
