"Really terrific and easier than it sounds. The pepper cooks down to add just the right amount of flavor and the sauce was incredibly well balanced. I was lucky to find Apricot Rosemary preserves, which worked perfectly. After baking, I let the dish sit under the broiler for a moment to achieve that golden brown. So yummy and even my picky eaters liked it.
"Excellent! Boyfriend loved it, too. Chicken was moist and not too breaded. Make sure to carefully watch the broiling phase. I got it just in time! Loved the balance of seasoning.
