My first experience with using a slow cooker. Loved the recipe. The only changes I made was used black beans and added slices of red pepper the last hour and a half. There's a good amount of juice so I would have brown rice or couscous on the side to soap up the juices."

This recipe is a winner. It is very easy to make and extremely tasty. The only thing I changed was I added sliced mushrooms. You can serve the dish over rice or you can just make a veggie and salad on the side. ""
