Reviewed Grilled Shrimp and Noodle Salad

"This was so good! I did do a little substituting because I couldn't get fresh asparagus, and the market was out of shiitaki mushrooms. I used frozen asparagus and only cooked it in the microwave for half the time, so it wasn't completely cooked. I also used monterrey mushrooms since i couldn't get the shiitake. The flavor was great...I was a little worried about the fish sauce, but it was really mild. Also, instead of using the flat rice noodles, I used the vermicelli style. I will definitely make this again!
