Reviewed Avocado, Artichoke Hearts and Heart of Palm Salad served in Lettuce Wraps

"I've made this recipe many times. It's always devoured and several people have asked me for the recipe. It makes a beautiful presentation on a large platter with the lettuce leaves fanned out in concentric circles and the salad piled up in the center. Sometimes I leave out the artichoke hearts and it's great with or without. Very simple but al"

Reviewed Mummy Boome's Traditional Shepherds Pie

"This recipe is a keeper! My boyfriend literally licked his plate clean this was so good. I used extra tomato paste and beef stock to round out the meat mixture and make it more saucy. I also made a couple changes to to cut down calories. I swapped beef broth for the cream in the mashed potatoes. Instead of mixing 1 cup of cheese into the potat"

Reviewed Tuna Tartare

"Love it! I've made this several times. Everyone loves it. Like others, I usually scale down the recipe and it works great for whatever quantity you need. So easy yet impressive. I serve with homemade won ton chips or sesame crackers. ""

Reviewed Asian Burger

"These burgers are delish! Great with either ground beef or ground turkey. I love the curry and cumin spices in the meat. Also great as sliders for an appetizer. I have this recipe in a Wolfgang Puck cookbook and the original calls for 1/4 cup minced garlic not 1 cup. Pretty sure 1/4 cup is the right amount - 1 cup seems like A LOT!""

Reviewed Orange, Fennel, Red Onion, and Black Olive Salad

"Great combination of flavors. I loved the refreshing fennel flavor against the sweetness of the orange pieces and dressing and the saltiness of the olives. Looks very pretty - great for a summery Italian meal. I used only 1/2 a red onion and it seemed like plenty. I also have extra dressing, but don't mind since it was really yummy. ""

Reviewed Citrus Semifreddo

"The perfect ending to a summery Italian dinner. I froze the semifreddo in individual portions using a muffin tin and it worked out great (it also froze in only 2 hours). I accidentally forgot to add the lemon and lime zest to the mixture before freezing and it was still very citrusy. Great easy dessert when you're looking for something light. ""

Reviewed Frozen Key Lime Pie

"Followed Ina's recipe exactly and pie came out fabulous. Definitely make the graham cracker crust from scratch - it was so delicious. My family devoured this pie in a matter of minutes, it was that good! And I LOVED how easy it is. ""
