Mine was too big too -- only one size was available. Also, I prepared mine too far in advance because it took me longer than 16 mins to prep everything else and the noodles were gluey and there were too many. I would have added more red pepper too. The dish tasted great though.

Love love love this recipe!! Couldn't find fontina at my grocery store so I used 8 oz of Gruyere, 4 oz of feta and the Parm. This recipe is a keeper!

Great recipe...everyone loved it. But I am going to omit the orange next time, as it made the dish a little too floral for our liking. It made a ton of topping so I used half now and will make another this weekend with the remaining half!

This was a DELICIOUS Bolognese sauce!! My son kept sneaking bites out of the pot as it was simmering...I highly recommend this recipe. It is similar to a Giada recipe that is made with short ribs and tagliatelle (another awesome recipe!!"
