Love these! I've tried other taco recipes that came out bland, emerils recipe has tons of flavor and were so good. My husband and I both agreed this is our go to taco recipe. I made the guacamole and salsa also. Only thing I would change next time is cutting the salsa recipe in half. It made a lot!"

I will make this again for sure. Very yummy. I used fresh spinach instead of frozen. I cooked the spinach down to make 10 oz which i figured out was 1 1/2 cups. It took 2 bags of fresh spinach, but i thought it was worth it! I also used more filling than the 3 tbsp it says to use. I ended up with 8 instead of 12 which was plenty for my family. Can"

Very good flavorful recipe. I need to try it again though. My husband forgot to use the seasoning salt before grilling it. Think he just used S&P. The glaze was amazing though!! I added a couple extra dashes of hot sauce because we like things spicy. Cant wait to make this again and not forget to use the seasoning salt!"

It was good. It was a little too sweet for my taste. I normally add either brown sugar or maple syrup, not both. Going to give it another shot, because i love Paulas recipes. Think I will cut back on the Maple Syrup and Brown Sugar next time though."
