I read another review that had the same problem I did. On adding the mascaorpone to the beaten egg yolks, the filling mixture curdled. What the heck happened here? Guess I will go back to the Barefoot Contessa's Tiramisu & that one works for me. I had all my ingredients at room temperature & was that a problem?"
