Reviewed Steamed Littleneck Clams with Sweet Corn and Basil

"Awesome and unique take on clam chowder. My wife and I both loved it and will be doing it again and again. We might also try it with mussels. For all the people who gave negative reviews becasue of the size of the serving, or because it's not a complete meal - you are totally off base. This is her take on SOUP, not a meal. It is well proportioned "

Also, be careful not to dry out the pork chops as getting chops 1.5 in thick is not common, so times may need to be adjusted. ""

Reviewed Collard Greens

"Surprisingly awesome. I have had collard greens a few times. I usually think they are just okay. My wife has always disliked collard greens. When I saw this recipe, i thought it just looked good and decided to give it a try. Both of us loved this recipe. I followed it to the tee, and it turned out perfectly. "
