These cupcakes are moist and not overly sweet, so they will be the perfect vessel for buttery sweet frosting (I haven't tried her frosting yet). Sidenote: I needed 2 dozen for the event I am taking them to, so I doubled the recipe. I could have easily gotten 24 standard sized cupcakes from one batch. Oh well...more for me!
