Reviewed Slightly Cooked Gazpacho
"I have tried many gazpacho recipes, but this one is the best. At the advice of another reviewer, I cut back the red wine vinegar to half and that was the right amount. The fennel really makes it, so go out of your way and get it, it really does make it special. "

"Waffles turned out great, did not try the syrup, just used fresh fruit and whipped cream instead, don't need all that sugar in the syrup.
Loved the waffles! "

Reviewed Lentil Quinoa Salad
"I have made this twice, once according to the recipe & once with pinto beans instead of lentils. My family likes it both ways but prefers the pinto beans, the salad is delicious and I ended up using the whole box of quinoa, and the whole bag of pinto beans to make the salad last all week :)
