This cheesecake has the perfect texture, did not crack and doesn't need any sauce. It was the simplest recipe and delivered the best results of recipes I have tried. My oven runs a little hot so I cooked it about 50 minutes instead of an hour.

I used half & half because I didn't have cream, it turned out fine, also used ginger from my spice cabinet, still good but I will try fresh ginger when I make it again, if I have it on hand.

I used only about 10 drops of the hot sauce instead of 1/4 cup and I substituted 1/2 tbsp sweet/hot mustard for the horseradish (w/horseradish in it) because I had no horseradish. It was delicious.

I read the reviews and determined I should be careful not to over mix the batter or overcook the donuts to try to avoid toughness and density. Gluten is formed when you mix liquid with flour, and the more you mix the tougher it gets.
Barely mix it like when making corn bread or muffins and you will get great results. I used crisco to grease...

Pretty good and easy because you can make hot dogs also and still only buy one kind of bun. We think they are tasty and have made them several times. I was returning to the recipe today because we are making them again "

I have tried many gazpacho recipes, but this one is the best. At the advice of another reviewer, I cut back the red wine vinegar to half and that was the right amount. The fennel really makes it, so go out of your way and get it, it really does make it special. "

Waffles turned out great, did not try the syrup, just used fresh fruit and whipped cream instead, don't need all that sugar in the syrup.

Loved the waffles! "

This is a great idea, I used fresh green onion tops and dried chives with the lemon juice salt & pepper and my cream cheese turned out yum! I like that this idea can be changed for example I will use tiny slice zuchini spears and squash spears in mine this week. This was an inspiring idea and I plan to run with it & try every variation I can think"

This recipe looked so good I made it right after watching the episode. It is chilling in fridge now and it's so good I am not sure it will make it all the way to the ice cream freezer. Paula licked that spoon for a reason on tv!"

Loved it! One thing, my family found the basil too overpowering, so I switched it out with dill and they all love it even the kids. I actually like it better with dill but it is very good with basil also. Tonight I made it with dried basil, dill & parsley flakes, it's still incredible. Once I made it with milk and vinegar instead of buttermilk, y"

I have made this twice, once according to the recipe & once with pinto beans instead of lentils. My family likes it both ways but prefers the pinto beans, the salad is delicious and I ended up using the whole box of quinoa, and the whole bag of pinto beans to make the salad last all week :)
