This was awesome! I couldn't get the dark color and I had it cooking for almost a half an hour but went ahead with the rest of the recipe and everyone LOVED it! It's a keeper.

Using frozen pizza dough was a great idea. I had left over taco casserole in the fridge and just used that to fill our empanada's for Super Bowl. I still need to practice working with dough but with recipes like this I'm looking forward to it. THANK YOU MARCELA!! We love watching you on The Kitchen and in your regular show.

This is so easy and so delicious. I used all Green Beans and did not add in the Peas. I've made it twice within one week for two outdoor BBQ's. I've been asked for the recipe and I am happy to share it!"

This was a great chicken soup. It was easy too! I used bone in chicken thighs and I used a regular small onion instead of the breasts and shallots. Today when I reheated it the lemon punch wasn't as strong and I enjoyed it more. Next time I might go to 1/2c of lemon juice instead of 1c. "
