,Amazing flavors! I didn't have feta cheese and they came out great. I don't like dill so I used parsley instead for the sauce and that too was very yummy! A great dinner party appetizer, my guests were very impressed.

Nothing special. I cooked it covered for 45 mins in order for the cauliflower to be properly cooked. Added half the breadcrumbs. The gryuer cheese was the best part of the dish.

Very yummy!! Always a big hit at dinner parties. A trick to opening the clams...put them in very hot tap water for a few seconds and they start to open!

Very yummy! I made a few changes...I used cauliflower and red bell peppers for the veggies and didn't use the tomatoes. Be sure to use the lime zest, it adds a nice flavor. Very easy recipe. Will make it again!

I make this all of the time and am making it tomorrow night for a dinner party. Everyone always loves it! Broiling them at the last minute is a must. I have used both sea scallops, cut up, and bay scallops. Choose whichever looks best that day at the fish counter. I have yet to use Pernod and it still tastes fabulous! Tonight I am going to try to cook the sauce on a higher heat in hopes that it will thicken up. "
