Reviewed Brown Butter Risotto with Lobster
"Loved it! We had leftover lobster so since the lobster was cold I decided to put it in the pan of chicken broth. That way I had warm lobster and the lobster flavor infused the rest of the dish. Would be wonderful with an assortment of seafood for a full seafood risotto!""
