Reviewed Sauerkraut and Ribs

Delicious! I could not find bag sauerkraut. The only subs: I used 32oz jar of sauerkraut, olive oil, 1c cooking white wine, and did not use parsley sprigs, for garnish. I cooked the sauerkraut like she did on the show. After all the ingredients were in, I put the Dutch oven in the stove for 2 ½ hours.
