This was a good recipe, I did not use as much thyme as was recommended. I only used one sprig and it was almost to much. I also added some chopped rosemary and some worchestire sauce to the recipe which added a little kick. I also omitted the beer as I do not drink alcohol and did not want to purchase it. I am not use to lamb and it was a little h"
