This is the closest I've had to my late grandmother's peach cobbler. I used canned peaches in heavy syrup because peaches are not in season and it was still great. I did make a few additions though. I added about 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the peach mixture before cooking, because I remembered...
