My Activity
Reviewed Double Crusted Peach Cobbler
"This is the closest I've had to my late grandmother's peach cobbler. I used canned peaches in heavy syrup because peaches are not in season and it was still great. I did make a few additions though. I added about 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to the peach mixture before cooking, because I remembered that my grandmother used to put those ingredients in her's. It came out great and it's so simple to prepare. I'm looking forward to using it with fresh peaches this summer."

I added about 1/8 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, because I remembered that my grandmother used to put those ingredients in her's. It came out great and it's so simple to prepare. "
