this is not a cobbler, it's a cake but a delicious cake. i followed the advice on other comments of blanching the peaches ( (boiling them in water for 30 seconds and then plunging them into an ice bath) and this made them super easy to peel. served with vanilla bean ice cream

will make every peach season!"

Better than expected! Yes the avocado and lime are unlisted ingredients. I just used one of each. I skipped the red onion, sour cream and salsa. I was worried when I saw the pizza crust go on the grill, it puffed up quite a bit and blackened on the bottom but the end result was absolutely delicious. Will definitely make again and again.
