Reviewed Chicken Pot Pie
"This chicken pot pie is freakishly fabulous. I used chicken tenders, left out the pearl onions, and added celery (sauteed with the onions) -- all changes I will stick to. I also used a 9x13 dish, and was glad to see that the dough provided the perfect amount of crust for this size dish. Next time, I'll leave out the added 1.5 tsps of salt in the filling...It really didn't need it, especially with the chicken boullion, stock, and salted chicken and crust.
Other reviewers have said it, but I'll add to the popular opinion: the crust is a MUST. It is SO wonderful, flaky, perfect, and easy!
