Pretty basic recipe. Way too much flour, eggs and bread crumbs. Also, frying the cutlets on high heat will burn the coating. I always use a medium to medium high heat which is plenty hot enough to get a golden crust on the cutlets.

Good flavor and moist but not crazy about the slaw. Also, I agree with another reviewer. PLEASE go back to previous print format where you can select size of printed recipe. This new format is horrible, a complete waste of paper.

This was a quick and tasty dinner recipe for a hot summer day. Instead of store bought chicken, I grilled my own seasoned chicken breasts. The only thing I would change is the amount of lemon zest used. The lemon flavor overpowered the other ingredients. Other than that it will definitely be a go to recipe for my summer menu."

Simple and delicious. I substituted seasoned bread crumbs for the plain, a shallot for the onion, and used white button mushrooms since I did not have crimini on hand. I also added chopped sun dried tomatoes to the stuffing mixture. My husband raved about it. Will definitely make again."
