"This is by far the best lasagne I have ever made!! The use of goat cheese really adds another layer of flavor to this dish! I like to add in fresh spinach and mushrooms to my sauteed onions and turkey sausage to incorporate more veggies. This way I can also use less sausage to keep it a "bit" healthier. Also, I use part skim ricotta, which tastes just as good since you have the goat cheese adding in flavor! I service with a fresh garden salad and homemade garlic bread! And it's even better the next day!

"I absolutely love this simple and easy recipe. I just use season salt and add some sesame seeds to the tuna for a nice crust. The dressing is what makes this recipe a hit, so tasty! And it's always a plus when you can make something delicious and healthy!
