Reviewed Halloween Peppermint Patties

Very tasty and easy. I tweeked the recipe by using two fresh egg whites and piping the patties. They dried in 24 hours and were extra special. It's the first mint recipe I've ever had that turned out! Here's my question: How long can they be safe to eat without refrigeration? I thought they'd make nifty Christmas treats. Thanks Lee
