"This dish was a huge success! Of course I added more shrimp to the recipe. The used the leftover Romesco sauce as a spread on some slices of sourdough bread to go with the meal.

"I have made this recipe a few times with bone in and boneless short ribs and they both come out so tender and absolutely delicious every time. Only addition I make is a teaspoon of rosemary because my husband and I are fans. I used Barefoot Chardonnay for the white wine.
I serve this with mashed yukon gold potatoes and glazed carrots.
