Reviewed Wild Rice and Chanterelle Salad with Dried Fruit, Goat Cheese, and Walnuts

"I really like this recipe, I adore wild rice, I feel like a recipe such as this can be changed and done differently every time , you could substitute any of the different fruits and let them em macerate in the vinaigrette to add the fruity flavor to the balsamic, I excluded the seeds cause they were the only things I didn't have on hand its also really delicious to mix the goat cheese into the dressing.

Reviewed Broccoli Chowder with Cheddar Toasts

"I made this recipe to a tee, it was pretty delicious,the only thing I did not like is when a recipe calls for bacon cooked in the soup and not removed before adding liquid even if you have cooked the bacon to a crisp it gets rubbery and a little too chewy for my taste, that is my onlycomplaint with this recipe so next time I will remove the bacon after cooking to a crisp, and put it in at the end on top, otherwise amazing!

"i DIDN'T ADD THE SAVORY, CREAM OR THE SHALLOTS AND I INSTEAD ADDED ONE APPLE TWO YELLOW POTATOES AND ALSO CARROTS AND CELERY WERE ADDED , AND GARNISHED WITH SOUR CREAM AND CILANTRO, IT WAS SO GOOD, DEFINITELY A MUST IF YOU HAVE SQUASH LAYING AROUND.

Reviewed Apple-Cheddar-Squash Soup

"super yummy, we used smoked bacon instead of prosciutto and put the cheese on like a condiment so the shelf life would be a bit longer ,also i thought next time i could also wait to add the milk till in the bowl so the shelf life of the soup would be longer without the dairy. i used gala apples and organic squash, with russet potatoes. thought it might also be delish chunky and unblended.
