Reviewed Blueberry Scones with Lemon Glaze

I added about a teaspoon of lemon zest to the scones. After mixing I patted it into an 8 inch cake pan then turned out on a lightly floured board. You will end up with a perfectly round circle that can be cut easily into triangles with a pizza cutter. Half the recipe for the glaze was enough. Yum! "

This worked great to mix in the Kitchenaid. I doubled the filling and frosting. I did put the dough in the fridge overnight. Next time I think it will work better to put the rolls made up in the fridge and then bake in the morning. "
