Reviewed Tea Cakes with Earl Grey Icing
"Quick and Easy. I frosted the cupcakes with a chocolate ganache and cooled them, just like another reviewer, before using the earl grey frosting. Chocolate ganache never hurt anyone! I also decorated with dark chocolate daisies that I bought at my local specialty food store. YUM"
