"I gave this recipe three stars, because they are not typical lemon bars. They are like a lemon short bread. With that said they are very tasty! They make a nice breakfast treat since they aren't too sweet. Next time I double the recipe, since it didn't make that many.

"These were very good! Best home made enchiladas. However, it was super time consupming, so unless you have almost half a day to waste on cooking I wouldn't bother. But perfect for a cold Sunday when I had no plans on leaving the house! Delicous! Left out the onions on top, it didn't need them!

"This was a really great pe filling. I also used a different pie crust (premade frozen mini pie crust) baked for 40 minutes instead of 30, but they were super cute, and everyone loved! Will definatly keep this as my pecan pie recipe!
