just like with Ina's other truffles these turned into chocolate frosting as well. This never did set right and the mix was too gooey to work with. another disappointment.

even with 1 hour under room temp as well as 2 hours in the fridge it didn't harden the truffle mixture up.

Guess I can use as a frosting for cup cakes instead - sorry, but not impressed.

These muffins came out really- though from experience sour cream makes my muffins a wee bit more moist then using all milk, so I used 1/2 cup sour cream & 1/2 cup milk. I didn't have caster (super fine sugar, so I used regular sugar - I like them because they weren't too sweet, but yes it could have used 1/2 tsp salt - next time.
