About Me
I not only love to cook and think of it as an expression of myself and creativity of life...but I have also been a personal cook for a wonderful couple who had lots of dinner parties,luncheons,cocktail parties etc...which allowed me to soar...and finally have my own little catering business...Word of Mouth.I lived in the Keys at that time and had the gulfs wonderful bounty at my plate...I am a big fisherman and always had a fresh catch...Floribbean is my style.Now...I just cook for fun and for the enjoyment of others palette...I love when they enjoy my food almost better than eating it myself...
