This is my go-to recipe. This is better than any of the expensive italian restaurants that I have been to... and I've been to the best in Vegas. Fantastic recipe. I replaced the Meyer Lemon zest with apprx 1/2 tsp lemon juice and melted the butter. I then poured the mixture on top of the salmon. It tastes just like Logan's Steakhouse garlic-dill sauce. Delicious!""
