Reviewed Hoisin Chicken with Cucumber Salad
"Delicious dish that is refreshing with fresh flavors and very quick to make. Nice change form the typical BBQ tomato based sauces. When I make this again, I will marinate the chicken overnight in the sauce to see if there is a big difference in flavor. Marinating overnight does NOT always guarantee intense flavoring but this is a very good marinad"
