Reviewed Chicken Marsala
"Wow...this was fantastic. I found this recipe about a month ago, and have made it several times. The only addition I made was that I HAD to add garlic. I put it in everything, anyway, so it was not a big deal. This is by far the easiest and tastiest Marsala recipe I've found. I have also used the sauce on veal and pork tenderloin. Yum.
