"This was delicious!!! I didn't have any veal, so I added an additional 1/2 pound of ground pork. I ended up with quite a few more meatballs (I think I made them too small), but the flavor was outstanding!

As a side note, I think this rating & review process is for the recipes, not the chef. Being told that someone licked a spatula or a spoon has no bearing on the quality of the recipe. I think it will behoove everyone if we stick to what this review system is for so that people can actually be assisted in their recipe selections.
