Reviewed Chicken, Sausage and Peppers

Loved it! I made this a week or so ago, and am making it again tonight. I was a little hesitant about the peppers so I "googled" them and found they are both sweet and mild. I also learned other names of the peppers, like Cubanel (of which 1 was enough) for the Italian frying pepper. I added some par-boiled red potatoes just after the chicken."
