"This is healthy and oh so good! I also add garlic just before I add the tomatoes and broth. I season the veggies before I add the other ingredients and I also up the veggies. I omit the tomato paste because mine gets thick enough. I add canelinni beans instead of kidneys and I only heat them through then add the chicken back in to reheat!""
