“I cook salmon almost once per week and this is the first time I try this recipe. All my kids loved it (13, 11 and 7 even though my daughter scraped the glaze off easily. She still got the flavor and had seconds.
I did not have an open bottle of wine in the fridge but I found an old champagne bottle from who knows when, used that instead.
