Reviewed Salmon with Lentils
"I did the prep in the afternoon. My guests were coming at 7, so I started the onion and leeks about 10 to. I soaked the lentils a half hour and they cooked in the time alloted. My salmon stuck alittle when I seared them, but did't break apart. I used vegetable broth because my guest were vegetarians who occasionally eat fish. The first course""
