"We had this for dinner tonight. This was very "gourmet" tasting with not much work. It was so easy to prepare and the taste was sensational. This is definitely one to make if you're trying to impress someone. My entire family loved it and there is no need to change anything. Great recipe!"

Reviewed Crunchy Noodle Salad

"So flavorful! I made recipe exactly as listed except instead of spaghetti, I used Thai Rice noodles and since I had edamame, I used that instead of the sugar snap peas. The sauce did make quite a bit so I added how much I wanted to the noodles and tomorrow, I will have left over sauce to make this dish again. Yes, it's that good that I can eat it 2 days in a row. My family agrees.

Reviewed Roasted Butternut Squash

"About all I can say about this is "Delicious!" This was my first time ever making this squash and it truly is worth it. It did take a bit longer to peel it but so worth it in the end. I too cooked mine for about 1 hour and I look forward to making this recipe again.
