Reviewed Grilled Pork Chops with Peck Seasoning and Charred Peppers

This is the first time making this. Very good,but yes tons of the rub falls in the grill. I don't see the need for the pancetta in a rub. Not easy to mince pancetta! I don't think it added much to the end product. Also the salt measure MUST be a typo. I used 1/4 cup & still too much.
I think I will make this again, but with a number of tweaks....
