Reviewed Multigrain Muffin
"I made this muffin recipe for a healthy morning snack. I did use some substitutions, like I used non-fat milk instead of buttermilk and oatmeal instead of bran. The dough should not be as thick if you use the oatmeal, because as it cooks, it soaks the moisture up. I also put in a really ripe banana and used applesauce (4 tbsp) instead of oil. I was trying to get them as low fat as possible. I added a mixture of chopped mixed nuts before baking.They were delicious and healthy!
